We use your information to run your speech exercises, give you feedback, and keep the app secure and reliable.
Account details (name, email), your exercise results (scores/timestamps), any audio/video you record to get feedback, and basic device info (browser/OS) plus app logs.
Off by default. Your results stay private unless you link a clinician in Settings. You can remove or change your clinician anytime.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or change your choices in Settings or by emailing info@skylineinnovation.ca. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information unless we must keep limited records for security or legal reasons.
Data are stored on secure servers in Canada. Some trusted service providers may help us deliver the app; when they do, they must protect your information and use it only for Skyline. Some services may operate outside Canada with appropriate safeguards.
We use encryption, role-based access, and activity logs, and we review our safeguards regularly.
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your province/territory). A parent, guardian, caregiver, or partner may provide consent if you cannot.
This app provides practice and feedback. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace medical care. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Without consent to the required items above, the app cannot be accessed. You can return and provide consent at any time.
